2015 Trends Analysis: Bears Destroyed

Data from the Conservation Officer Service indicate that over 90 bears were destroyed in our region in 2014. That is higher than the number destroyed in 2013, but slightly lower than the average since 2009. Garbage continues to be the attractant associated with the most incidents.
