Fruitvale

Travelling along Highway 3B, Fruitvale (population of 2,015 (though the total population of the Lower Columbia (including Fruitvale, Montrose, Trail, Warfield, Rossland and Regional District Kootenay Boundary Areas A and B) totals 19,220) is located 16 km east of Trail. Founded in 1907 and incorporated November 4, 1952, Fruitvale is part of the Beaver Valley which is made up of Fruitvale, Beaver Falls and Montrose. The village has full-service amenities in its downtown core.
